What is a dirty 20 in D&D?

Okay, so I wanted share that my friends and I have started referring to a non-natural roll of 20 (i.e. 17+3 modifier=20) as a “Dirty 20”. It’s quite amusing. I highly recommend you give it a try. 24-May-2019
